Pros: convenient to not switch
Cons: gets heavy and bouncy
 
I like this case since i dont have to switch the entire thing out from my everyday case to a workout case. I'm usually in a rush after work so all i have to do is throw the clip and armband on and im ready. Sometimes i feel it may be bouncing around on my arm though whe i run, other than that its great.
