Shipping & Delivery

We provide USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping options. UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air are also shipping options provided by iPhoneAccessories.com. Those qualifying for FREE SHIPPING may receive their package through any of the shipping methods listed above.

Typically, USPS First Class Mail may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped out depending on your location. Please note that the United States Postal Service does NOT leave packages at the door.

In some cases, packages may be shipped out with either UPS or USPS depending on the item and/or weight. Some orders may be shipped out in two or more packages due to products being located in different warehouses in which case you will two or more packages.

We now accept and ship orders internationally. We use USPS Shipping for all our international orders. Please note that International orders take slightly longer to ship due to customs checks, the above rates do not apply to International orders.

All shipping charges will display during checkout. In order to display discounts please select the specific shipping method to display its most current rate.

We try our best to offer affordable and quick shipping. Orders will be processed within 24 Hours after they have been placed. Orders will be shipped as soon as they have been successfully processed. Ground orders processed before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time and all Air orders processed by 2:00pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day. This excludes weekends and shipping holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or shipping holiday will ship the next business day, unless additional information is required. Shipping estimates begin the day after your order is shipped and also excludes weekends and shipping holidays. For example, a 2Day Air order shipped on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.

UPS and USPS Tracking/Delivery confirmation numbers are provided after we ship your order.

Orders 19.95 or more qualify for FREE Ground Shipping. Offer valid for U.S. customers only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Maximum weight 5lbs.

There will be a 15% re-stocking fee if the item is returned with opened/damaged packaging or missing items.

We will be happy to return the merchandise or send you a replacement product at no cost, minus the cost for shipping and handling

  • Outside the 30-day Return Policy

Products that become defective after the 30-day return policy will be the Manufacturers responsibility. Manufacturers offer different warranty periods and procedures (depending on the product). In case your product becomes defective after our 30-day return policy, you may contact us for warranty details. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements after our 30-day return policy.
